What counts as one CV?
Your allowance is measured in CVs formatted — each candidate CV you run through the formatting engine uses one CV from your plan. If you are unsure how your workflow maps to CV credits, the support team will talk it through with you.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team seats. You pay for the volume of CVs you format, not for headcount.
What happens if we go over our monthly CV allowance?
On Essential and Pro you can purchase additional CV credits whenever you need them, so a busy month never blocks a submission.
