Our story

We started with a simple observation

The best consultants we knew were spending hours every week doing work that had nothing to do with recruitment. They were not sourcing, interviewing or advising clients. They were copying text between Word documents, fixing fonts that would not behave, rebuilding bullet points and deleting phone numbers before a CV could go out.

It was repetitive, it was error-prone, and nobody ever hired a recruiter because they were good at it.

General-purpose AI tools did not solve the problem. They could rewrite a paragraph, but they could not reliably read a scanned two-column CV, keep every date and employer intact, and produce a document in an agency's exact house style.
