The honest way to assess it for an Indian desk is cost per CV against the consultant time it returns, not against an offshore per-CV rate. On Essential at full allowance that is about $0.83 a CV. - Anonymised CV
A CV with identifying details — name, contact details, address, photo and links — removed so the candidate can be assessed on skills and experience. Also called a blind CV.
